Andrew Mitchell (as told by Simon Partridge)
Andrew is the CEO and co-founder of Work Plus Development + Training. Even through Andrew does not wear a suit and has a metal bit through his eye brow, you won’t find anyone who is more focussed on creating a training organisation that will be there for your business ad staff when the need arises. His favourite band is the Cat Empire, loves anything Mexican (don’t ask to see the photos!!!) and he drives the white car.

Juanita Trickett (as told by Andrew Mitchell)
If a quick decision has to be made, Juanita is more than happy to toss a coin and imagine she is back at the MCG at the start of the ANZAC day AFL game. However, a coin toss certainly isn’t required when Juanita is helping clients.
Juanita has had twelve years experience in sales, marketing and management working with organisations ranging from a pizza restaurant to a museum and art gallery. In sales, her skills in determining a clients needs and developing a suitable program is constantly proven. |

Gabby Shearing-Brown (as told by Richard Williams)
Gabby is the most recent addition to the team at Work Plus Development + Training. Her sense of the dramatic means she is definitely ‘orange’. Her passion for training and development grew from five years as a teacher’s aide and thirteen years in the retail industry.
We think we’re lucky to have her, as her flexible and friendly approach allows Gabby to create a special and more importantly, fun experience for her clients. Any spare time not occupied by her family is spent reading, entertaining and looking for new interior decorating ideas.

Emma Morris (as told by Andrew Mitchell)
Emma actually came on board to help get the average age of our team down… not really… Emma is an amazingly focussed year twelve student at Newstead College and is undertaking a school based business traineeship.
Whilst Emma isn’t yet doing the annual tax return for Work Plus, her determination and hard working attitude certainly have her on the right path to achieving her goal of becoming a Certified Practicing Accountant.
Emma assists Denise and the whole team to keep track of the array of paperwork and documents. |
